SEISA Dako-on Will Participate in "Taiko Festival in Sagamihara 3rd Kanto Tournament”!

From its beginnings as a high school club, SEISA's "Creative Japanese Taiko Drum Group - Dako-on“ has grown to bring courage and inspiration to people around the world, including Eritrea and Saipan. During the past year, the group has been affected by COVID-19, but has been able to continue its activities with the support of the local community in Wakabadai, Yokohama, where it is based.
Following the recent announcement of their participation in the national competition, Dako-on has now been selected to participate in the "Taiko Matsuri! in Sagamihara's 3rd Kanto Competition" through video judging. They will also participate in the Grand Champion Tournament to be held in June, featuring all previous champions.
The SEISA Dako-on is made up of current and former students of SEISA High School, and we look forward to seeing what they do as they dedicate their lives to taiko - Japanese drums!
