SEISA Cyber Seminar Appointed as Cyber Crime Prevention Volunteer by Kanagawa Prefectural Police, Oiso Police Station

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, SEISA Kokusai Shonan students taking the Cyber Seminar participated in the inauguration ceremony of the Kanagawa Cyber Police Supporter Training Course held at the Oiso Police Station. At the inauguration ceremony, Chief officer Mr. Osamu HIHARA individually presented each student with a certificate of completion. One of them is an international student from Myanmar.
The Cyber Seminar will be conducting educational activities at elementary and junior high schools in Oiso and Ninomiya towns to call for the prevention of cyber crimes and to prevent problems related to the Internet such as SNS. Chief officer HIHARA said, "I want Oiso Town and Ninomiya Town to be free of cybercrime. Ryota NISHIGAYA, a third-year student who gave a speech as a representative, said, "I want to be a police officer in the future. I want to take this opportunity to learn more about police work and contribute to the community.”
