Following the recent decision by SEISA Okinawa's Mens' basketball and table tennis teams to participate in the national tournament, we have some exciting news. Kento TSUBAKIBASHI and Rea FURUKAWA, both from the table tennis team of SEISA Kokusai Koriyama, participated in the 58th Fukushima Prefecture High School Athletic Meet, winning individual championships and qualifying for the national tournament.
The two said, "Thank you for your support. We will do our best to reach the top of the nation," said Mr. Shioya, a school manager, commented, ""In the old days, it was called winning by two. Everyone at SEISA Koriyama was so excited by their achievement.”
By utilizing SEISA's diverse and flexible learning methods, some students are taking on challenges in the fields of sports and art, going beyond Japan to play an active role in the world. Some of our students were able to take up sports and art for the first time with SEISA. There are also many dramas in the regular and correspondence course competitions, such as students who moved to a different school and were able to enjoy sports and arts for the first time. SEISA supports a wide variety of sports and art activities.
National championships are scheduled to be held in August. Please keep an eye on SEISA Kokusai Koriyama and the two table tennis players!
